How is LCIC billed?
LCIC encompasses subscription, basic, and value-added services. For information on billing, please refer to the Billing Overview. New users are eligible for a complimentary trial period to promptly test the platform.
How do I get a free trial?
Effective September 1, 2022, newly registered accounts on the LCIC console will receive a package including 50 hours of general class duration, 10 hours of recording duration, 0.1 terabytes of storage space, and 10 gigabytes of replay capacity per month.
How do I view my bills and transaction history?
You can go to Billing Center > Bill Details to view detailed bills and transaction history
How do I view the details of my billable usage?
Real-time usage: Users can access usage data directly from the usage page within the LCIC console. The displayed data provides a five-minute granularity for a single day and daily accuracy down to the minute for multiple days.
Billed usage: Additionally, users have the option to download usage details from the Billing Center in Excel format. This document includes data at a five-minute granularity and daily accuracy down to the second.
Why is my service status "Disabled"?
If the pay-as-you-go billing option is not activated, the service will be suspended once the free usage included in the subscription package is depleted or expires. In such instances, users have the option to purchase a plan to reactivate the service, or alternatively, enable the pay-as-you-go billing option directly.
When the pay-as-you-go billing option is enabled, if the service is suspended due to outstanding payments in your Cloud account, it will automatically resume once you replenish your account balance to a positive value.
